Written on Vicodin while recovering from throat surgery, this is a conceptual piece that was meant to represent falling into the event horizon of a black hole and coming out the other side. It was inspired by Radiohead's later work after they went electronic. If you listen closely, you can hear the exact moment when everything turns inside-out.
